All orders placed on SabayahChic.com are shipped via UPS. We offer several UPS shipping options during checkout, including:

- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
5. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order directly on the UPS Tracking Page.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Sabayah Chic is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact UPS to file a claim. We’ll assist you with the necessary documentation if needed.
