Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Return must include the original packing slip or order confirmation email.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@sabayahchic.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a UPS return label if your item qualifies for return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid UPS return label.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
